Business Manager Position Summary: The Business Manager will assist KR Automation in the overall operation of the business including HR, bookkeeping, website managements and general staff supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the Owner and other business departments on the overall operation of the company
Use critical thinking to analyze data and provide solutions and foresite on business operation
Organize business operations for timely and accurate accounting and financial information
Work with leadership team on long range goals and be part of accomplishing them
General office coordination including open and distribute mail, answer phones, provide customer service, order office supplies, track keys and lock changes and manage cleaning crew
Work with leadership on overseeing employee benefit programs
Work with providers to ensure proper coverage and rates are applied for business services; insurance, phones, internet, shipping
Record and monitor each department’s metrics for on/off track progress and ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner
As directed by leadership, work on long range goals set for each year providing timely and accurate metrics for accomplishing goals
Human resources duties including hiring, disciplinary action, trainings, attendance and evaluation tracking, policies updates, and benefit enrollment.
Ensure proper business filings such as quarterly taxes, vehicle tags and insurance, annual insurance and tax audits, OSHA 300 filings, SOP and SDS publishing, monthly safety trainings and all other applicable filings accordance to state and federal law aligning with the facility size
Liaison and tracking of all vendor documentation such as credit applications, vendor forms, W-9s, 1099s and COIs.
Manage all marketing content including regular social media posts, website updates, regular blog posts, paid online advertisements as budgeted, manage local sponsorships and donations.
Attend community, state and national events and expos as needed for the visibility of the organization.
Meet goals as outlined by management.
All other tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field
Supervisory experience
Accounting experience is preferred
Human Resources experience is preferred
