Job Overview:
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Manage inventory levels, perform regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and enhance customer service.
Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or management preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Preferred ability to operate forklift
