Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of the House Supervisor to lead our restaurant’s casino service team. This individual will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of leading a team with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the front-of-house, including host/hostess, servers, bartenders, and bussers.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service by monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure an efficient food service and communication.
Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff to maintain standards of service, grooming, and performance.
Manage floor plans and table rotations to maximize efficiency and guest flow.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the dining area and ensure compliance with health regulations and casino policies.
Enforce all casino and restaurant policies including responsible alcohol service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional, courteous manner.
Support promotional events, VIP guest services, and special functions.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and casino offerings to assist guests effectively.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of supervisory or lead server experience in a full-service restaurant; casino or hospitality environment preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
