Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Spray Technician Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in spray painting and finishing. Apprentices will learn and develop essential skills through hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and apply basic painting techniques, including mixing paints and applying coatings using spray guns
Operate and assist in maintaining spray painting equipment
Prepare surfaces for painting to ensure proper adhesion and high-quality finishes
Follow all safety procedures and regulations related to spray painting and chemical handling
Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistent finishes and accurate color matching
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge or familiarity with paint spray equipment is preferred
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow safety guidelines and work procedures
Dependable with a positive work ethic
