Position Summary

The EVS Manager leads, develops, and motivates the EVS team to deliver exceptional service aligned with the casino’s brand and operational standards.
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, train, and mentor EVS supervisors and frontline team members.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage of gaming floors, public areas, restrooms, back-of-house, and event spaces.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and guest-focused service.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across gaming areas, restaurant, and public areas.
- Ensure rapid response to spills, biohazards, and guest service requests.
- Monitor and maintain high-touch cleaning protocols in compliance with public health standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to cleanliness standards.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain proper chemical handling, storage, and MSDS documentation.
- Implement infection control and sanitation protocols.
- Lead safety training and accident prevention initiatives.
Guest Experience
- Ensure all areas are consistently maintained to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Facilities, Security, Hotel Operations, and Food & Beverage teams to support events and peak business periods.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness in a timely and professional manner.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of supervisory or management experience in Environmental Services, Housekeeping, or Facilities—casino or hospitality environment preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
