Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required, along with at least two years’ experience in a similar position. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required. Frequent lifting, occasionally in excess of 50lbs, as well as bending, stooping, walking, and standing expected. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential, along with strong attention to detail. The ability to obtain a food handler’s permit and an alcohol serving license is also necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Front of House Supervisor assists the FOH Manager in all aspects of the main restaurant, especially in the front of house. Ensuring day-to-day operations in the restaurant are completed smoothly, with prompt serving of food, quality plate presentation, and maintaining an organized, clean work area.

- Manage scheduling, training, and general supervision of front-of-house staff.
- during absence of FOH Manager.
- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed accurately and that cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Assist with the training of employees across all shifts.
- Assist Manager with maintaining up-to-date records of employee food handler certifications and alcohol serving licenses (ABLE).
- Ensure staff compliance with all food, health, and safety regulations.
- Anticipate food, beverage, and equipment needs based on demand and upcoming events.
- Provide quality assurance—especially during peak hours—ensuring all products leave the service counter promptly and meet presentation standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks, multitask efficiently, lead by example, and positively influence team performance.
- Adhere to uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI.
- Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
