CNC Mill Operator needed for aggressive, multi-faceted manufacturing company.  We are a steel, metal and plastics manufacturer who build and produce complicated and intricate products for a wide variety of industries.  We have been in business for almost 30 years and are experiencing rapid growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate late model mills according to engineering drawings.
• Interpret blueprint dimensions.
• Change tools and make offset adjustments.
• Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Complete inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in set-up and operation of CNC milling machines.
• Experience interpreting blueprint dimensions.
• Experience reading measuring instruments.
• Must have strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.

Preferred:

• Experience with 40 and 50 taper and horizontal mills.
• Experience using both conversational and G-Code programming.
• Experience with piece work.
• Experience with Hurco and Doosan mills a plus.
