Qualifications:   Must have cash register and money handling experience. Must be able to stand for extended periods and vision must be suitable to read small print on reports. Frequent lifting, may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds. Requires frequent use of hands / fingers to separate, sort, count currency and coins.  Must be able to take directions well and work within a small enclosed area with others as a team. Required: High School diploma or G.E.D. and pass pre-employment testing  

Responsibilities and Duties

All final counts and verification of cash and credit card transactions are performed by the clerk. Clerks are responsible for all cash in and out of their drawers.

1. Responsible for counting beginning cash and ending cash and completing paperwork.
2. Responsible for all paperwork and reports being accurate and legible.
3. Must be able to stand long periods of time. Bending and lifting are required.
4. Responsible for all transactions being entered correctly.
5. Do all prep work and specials for daily business.
6. Make sure all food is served properly.
7. Keep fountain and coffee bar stocked.
8. Check bathrooms every hour and kept clean and neat for customers.
9. Keep front entry cleaned and clear of stock, keep window clean inside and out.
10. Face all shelves, cooler doors, work all back stock, and check in vendors.
11. Clean walls in truckers lounge including shower walls and floors.
12. Stock walk-in cooler, lids, condiments, napkins and boxes as needed or at end of shift.
13. Follow daily duties and procedure list provided.
14. Be courteous and professional at all time to co-workers, customers, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
15. Must wear your KGI badge at all times while on duty or conducting company business.
16. Responsible for monitoring, stocking and cleaning all areas.                 
17. Any duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or Operations Manager.
