Qualifications:  
Bachelor’s degree is required—preferably in hospitality or related field—along with five years’ experience in a similar role. However, a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of these qualifications. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required. Frequent lifting, occasionally in excess of 50lbs, bending, stooping, walking, and standing required.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The Front of House Manager supports the Food & Beverage director, with a primary focus on the main restaurant, by providing detailed supervision of food and beverage service, inventory, food preparation and presentation, and overall front-of-house cleanliness. This role is responsible for the daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring prompt food service, strict adherence to health and food safety guidelines, and delivering a high-quality dining experience for guests of Rock & Brews.
           
  • Manage scheduling, training, and general supervision of front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure opening and closing duties are completed accurately and that cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor adherence to budget and work towards meeting financial targets.
  • Anticipate food and beverage needs based on demand and upcoming events.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee food handler certifications and alcohol serving licenses (ABLE).
  • Collaborate with Back-of-House Manager to ensure seamless interdepartmental workflow and timely guest service.
  • Provide quality assurance—especially during peak hours—ensuring all products leave the service counter promptly and meet presentation standards.
  • Oversee balancing of cash drawers and point-of-sale (POS) system for both day and night shifts.
  • Address guest complaints professionally, ensuring that high guests service standards are always upheld.
  • Communicate effectively and listen actively to address concerns, keep team members informed, and foster a positive, proactive work environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks, multitask efficiently, lead by example, and positively influence team performance.
  • Adhere to uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI.
  • Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
