Key duties include processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge, all while fostering a positive customer experience through excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathy. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Answering inquiries
  • Information Provision: Giving customers detailed information about products we provide.
  • Order and Return Processing: Handling customer orders, processing payments, and managing product returns. 
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with customers through various channels, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and email. 

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including active listening and clear articulation. 
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and de-escalate conflicts. 
  • Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert assistance. 
  • Empathy & Patience: Understanding and sharing the feelings of others to provide a supportive and positive experience. 
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different customer situations and changing work environments. 

Work Environment

  • Interaction Channels: CSRs interact with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 
  • Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
