We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of the House Supervisor to lead our restaurant’s casino service team. This individual will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of leading a team with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Supervise daily operations of the front-of-house, including host/hostess, servers, bartenders, and bussers.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service by monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure an efficient food service and communication.
- Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff to maintain standards of service, grooming, and performance.
- Manage floor plans and table rotations to maximize efficiency and guest flow.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the dining area and ensure compliance with health regulations and casino policies.
- Enforce all casino and restaurant policies including responsible alcohol service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional, courteous manner.
- Support promotional events, VIP guest services, and special functions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and casino offerings to assist guests effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead server experience in a full-service restaurant; casino or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
