E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to help manage inventory and create accurate, high-quality online product listings. This position combines computer-based work, product research, photography, and hands-on inventory responsibilities in both office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate, detailed product listings across online marketplaces and sales channels.

• Research products, specifications, and market information to create complete and compelling listings.

• Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, condition details, specifications, pricing, and categories.

• Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management systems.

• Photograph products and edit and organize images for online listings.

• Review listings for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Assist with product identification and inventory organization.

• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and performance expectations.

• Assist with additional projects and operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous e-commerce experience preferred.

• Strong computer and internet research skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or remain stationary for extended periods while completing computer-based work.

• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and reposition as needed when photographing and handling products.

• Ability to climb ladders or use elevated platforms to access inventory.

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, move, and position inventory weighing up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
