Essential Job Duties:
  • Track accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Perform bank reconciliation and payroll processing
  • Handle employee and client inquiries.
  • Create requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Participate in annual tax return preparation. 
  • Review accounting information for inaccuracies. 
  • Complete budgets and assist with quotes.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions. 
  • Track credit card expenses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of five years of accounting experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Highly organized with strong quantitative abilities
  • Ability to adapt to multiple duties and interruptions. 
  • Self-starter with independent and team work capabilities. 
  • Accurate data entry and good interpersonal skills.
